Important information about Registration:
Early Bird Registration fee applies a discount (10%) only to registrations done and paid on or before September 15, 2023. Discount will not apply and standard fees will be charged if registration is done after September 15, 2023.
What is included in the registration?
• Access to all plenary and technical sessions
• Conference materials and coffee breaks
• Inaugural Ceremony
• Can apply for special conditions at the Hotel where we will be holding the conference.
NOTE:
(1) The discount 10% fee applies to Early Bird Paid Registrations done and paid until on September 15, 2023. This fee will not be applied to registrations made and paid after September 15, 2023. If the registration is not paid in full by the above date, you will be charged the corresponding fee according to category.
(2) These fees apply to all Authors whose final abstracts have been approved and who wish for their abstracts to appear in the proceedings must register by October 31, 2023. Abstracts of authors not fully registered by this date (with fees duly paid) will NOT be included in the proceedings or the conference program.
(3) Committee fees apply to the members of the Organizing, Technical, Editorial and Advisory Committees. Please see the complete list in the Committees.
Registration fee does not include hotel reservation, accommodation, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Delegates are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
